Appointment Cancellation Policy

Booking an appointment through the website requires a payment of ₪40.

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a refund, in accordance with the law.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable.

This policy is subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
